What is the return policy?
You may return any item purchased from True Nutrition Company for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase (unless otherwise noted). You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment. And opened items cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. True Nutrition Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
